We provide travel planning and enquiry assistance for customized Sariska and Rajasthan itineraries, resort or accommodation enquiries, local travel coordination, and safari-related booking assistance where requested. Information about itineraries, attractions, accommodation and packages on this website is for general information and planning purposes. Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a confirmed booking or guarantee availability.

2. Enquiries and Booking Confirmation

• We may contact you to clarify dates, group size, accommodation preferences, or other trip details.
• A booking is confirmed only after the relevant details, price, payment requirements and confirmation have been communicated to you by the applicable service provider or by us, where authorized.

3. Prices, Fees and Payments

Prices displayed or discussed before a specific itinerary is confirmed may be indicative and may change based on travel dates, availability, season, accommodation category, transport needs, taxes or provider charges. The price and inclusions applicable to your trip should be confirmed in writing before payment.

Any agency, planning, coordination or assistance fee, and any amount payable to a third-party provider, should be disclosed to you as part of the relevant quote or booking instructions. Do not treat an enquiry form submission as a request for or confirmation of payment.

Where payments are made directly to hotels, transport operators, safari providers or payment processors, their applicable payment terms may also apply.

4. Safari and Protected-Area Rules

Safari permits, entry, vehicle allocation, timings, routes and visitor access are controlled by the relevant authorities and are subject to official rules and availability. We cannot guarantee permit availability, wildlife sightings, a particular route, or entry where the relevant authority declines or changes access.

Visitors must provide accurate traveller details, carry required identification, follow official instructions and comply with all applicable safety and wildlife-protection rules. Any official permit or provider conditions shared with you form part of the applicable booking requirements.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are governed by the cancellation terms provided for your specific booking and by the relevant accommodation, transport, safari or other service provider. Government-issued permits may be subject to separate restrictions.

Please review the applicable terms before confirming or paying for a booking. If no specific terms have been supplied, contact us for clarification before proceeding. We do not promise a refund where the applicable provider or official rules do not allow one.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Destination Tourism is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by independent third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where we are responsible for a service directly provided by us, applicable legal rights continue to apply.
